Dr Adam Hamilton

Dr. Adam Hamilton is a prosthodontist with special interests in prosthodontic and surgical implant treatment. He completed his Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) at the University of Western Australia (UWA) in 2006 and attained a 3-year full time Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (Prosthodontics) from the University of Melbourne in 2012.

In 2013, Adam joined the Centre for Prosthodontics and took a sabbatical in 2014 as he was the recipient of the International Team of Implantology (ITI) scholarship, through which he completed a Fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at University of Florida’s Centre for Implant Dentistry.

Pursuing an academic career, he joined the faculty at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston in 2016, where he became the Director of the Division of Regenerative Sciences and Implant Dentistry and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterial Sciences. He remains a lecturer for the Advanced Graduate Implant Dentistry program.

Relocating back to Perth in 2021, Dr. Hamilton has been appointed the Discipline Lead of Prosthodontics at UWA and has reunited with the Centre for Prosthodontics to continue private specialist practice.

Professor Laurie Walsh

Emeritius Professor Laurence J. Walsh AO is a registered specialist in special needs dentistry.

Laurie received his undergraduate education in dentistry at The University of Queensland and then undertook a PhD in immunopathology. He started his postdoctoral education at the University of Pennsylvania Medical School, and undertook his executive education at the Stanford University Graduate School of Management and at Harvard University.

His research interests are in advanced technologies such as lasers and biomaterials, and in dental microbiology. Laurence was Professor of Dental Science and the research grouip leader for advanced materials and technologies in the UQ School of Dentistry from January 2000 until his retirement in December 2020. During his retirement he remains active in hands-on research work and in supervision of research students.

Dr Nathan Vujcich

Dr Vujcich completed both his Medical (2008) and Dental (2000) degrees with Honours at the University of Western Australia. He spent the majority of his 4 years of specialist Oral & Maxillofacial training in Western Australia  His training also included 6 months in the Cranio-maxillofacial unit of the Royal Childrens Hospital in Melbourne under Professor Andrew Heggie.

He has travelled to Switzerland and spent additional time at the ZMK (Bern University) to learn from global experts in the field of dental implantology. This was primarily spent with Dr Daniel Buser, a world renowned leader in the field. He also visited other European implant centres including Portugal (Malo clinic).

Dr Vujcich joined the team at West Perth OMS and now splits his time between private and public practice.

His public roles include as a consultant surgeon at Royal Perth Hospital and Perth Childrens Hospital. He maintains a special interest in paediatric (esp. trauma) Oral & Maxillofacial surgery.

Dr Vujcich is heavily involved with formal training of local surgery trainees and examines them for the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons.

Dr Vujcich has lectured at state, national and international levels to various groups including, dental, medical, surgical and anaesthetic groups.


Dr Sonny Lee

Dr Lee is principal dentist at Leeming Dental where he has cultivated an impressive following in cosmetic and digital dentistry



Dr Chris Wholley

After graduating in 1990 with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Western Australia, Dr Wholley worked as a general dentist in the southwest for 8 years, including 4 years in his own practice. This background proves useful when orthodontic treatment needs to be coordinated with treatment by dentists and other specialists.

Dr Wholley qualified as an Orthodontist in 2001, after completing the 3 year specialist orthodontic program at the University of Melbourne. Having obtained a Masters in Dental Science (Orthodontics) and a Graduate Diploma in Dentofacial Orthopaedics, he commenced his specialist practice at Profile Orthodontics.

Since 2007, Dr Wholley has also been a Consultant at the Princess Margaret Hospital for Children, working in the Cleft Lip Palate Unit and the Craniofacial Unit.

Dr Wholley is interested in using 3D technologies for facial mapping. He has lectured at state, national and international level, and has published research articles in Australian and international journals.
